Audit logs answer who changed what and when. They are not conversation history and do not record every page view.
Steps
Open logs
Go to Settings → Audit logs. Audit read access is required.
Limit the scope
Filter by action, actor, and time.
Review detail
Check the target, result, and relevant context. For a security event, also review account and sign-in activity.
Preserve evidence
Record event identifiers and time according to organizational process instead of spreading sensitive screenshots.
