General settings affect the entire workspace. Confirm the scope before changing a team-wide default.
Steps
Open settings
Go to Settings → General settings.
Update workspace details
Change the workspace name and system default language. Renaming does not change the sign-in domain.
Set service targets
Configure response and resolution targets according to team commitments and confirm that supervisors receive risk alerts.
Verify impact
After saving, review the Inbox, Channels, and Reports to confirm the expected behavior.
